According To The Supreme Court, Atiku Abubakar Failed To Establish The Following;
1-That He Won The 2023 Presidential Election

2- That President Tinubu Lost The 2023 Presidential Election

3-That INEC Manipulated The 2023 Presidential Election

According to the Apex court, it is only agents that witnessed what happened testify as to what happened so the evidence of the collation agents called by Atiku on what they were told are hearsay and therefore inadmissible.
