The supreme court said Atiku and Obi didn’t present alternative figures from what INEC presented. Therefore, from the only result as presented by INEC is valid and Bola Ahmed Tinubu is validly elected as the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

According To The Supreme Court, Atiku Abubakar Failed To Establish The Following;
1-That He Won The 2023 Presidential Election

2- That President Tinubu Lost The 2023 Presidential Election

3-That INEC Manipulated The 2023 Presidential Election

4-Atiku Failed To Prove Presidential Tinubu’s Inability To Contest As Regards Education Qualifications

5-Supreme Court Upholds The Judgement Of The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal.

According to the Apex court, it is only agents that witnessed what happened testify as to what happened so the evidence of the collation agents called by Atiku on what they were told are hearsay and therefore inadmissible.

The Supreme Court did not see anything wrong in the holding of the Court of Appeal that a presidential candidate needs not secure 25 percent in Abuja once he satisfied one quarter in two third of the state.
